On June 28-29, Sergey Lavrov, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, will take part in a meeting of the Russia-NATO Council (RNC) at the level of heads of foreign affairs agencies and in a summit of the Euro-Atlantic Partnership Council (EAPC) in Istanbul.
